How do I get the weekly or monthly rate?

Do you accept direct corporate billing?
Yes. We accept direct billing for major oil & gas operators and travel nurse agencies including AMN Healthcare, Aya Healthcare, and Cross Country. Call us to set up a corporate account before your first booking.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. We welcome domestic dogs and cats. An additional pet fee applies. Please notify us at the time of booking so we can assign a pet-friendly room.
How does housekeeping work for long stays?
For stays of 7+ nights, you can choose daily housekeeping or weekly housekeeping for privacy. Monthly guests default to weekly housekeeping with linen changes. Let us know your preference at check-in.
Can I book a block of rooms for my crew?
Absolutely. Call us directly at (701) 572-2000 for crew blocks of 5+ rooms. We'll work with your scheduling — early check-in, staggered check-out, multi-room blocks, and monthly rates that beat OTA pricing.
