How do I set up a corporate account?
Call us at (701) 572-2000 or email sales@merlinhotelgroup.com. We'll ask for your company name, billing contact, and anticipated volume. Accounts are typically set up within 24 hours — before your first crew arrives.
What information do you need to reserve a crew block?
Company name, approximate number of rooms, rotation schedule (e.g. 21/7 or 14/14), expected start date, and billing contact. We can hold rooms provisionally while your procurement team finalises the paperwork.
Can crew members check in at any time?
Yes. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. We have pre-arrival room notes on file for all block bookings, so crew members can check in with ID at any hour without calling ahead.
What happens if crew numbers change mid-rotation?
Call or email your account manager. We handle roster changes, early checkouts, and add-on rooms with as little as a few hours' notice, subject to availability. Billing is adjusted accordingly — no penalty fees for legitimate operational changes.
Do crew members earn Wyndham Rewards points?
Yes. Individual crew members can provide their Wyndham Rewards number at check-in and earn points on their stays, even on corporate-billed accounts. Points accrue to the individual, not the company.
